Bienvenido a 2112LAB Empowerment Crowdfunding, un sistema de financiamiento colectivo para proyectos de marketing, marca e identidad digital. Al acceder y utilizar nuestros servicios, aceptas cumplir con los siguientes términos y condiciones.
1. Definiciones
1.1. 2112LAB: Sistema de crowdfunding operado por 2112FILM, con sede en Chile.
1.2. Donador / Benefactor: Persona que aporta fondos a un proyecto emprendedor en 2112LAB.
1.3. Emprendedor / Postulante: Persona natural o jurídica que presenta un proyecto al programa.
1.4. Modelo 60-40: 2112LAB aporta el 60% del presupuesto; el emprendedor gestiona el 40% restante con su comunidad.
2. Uso del sistema
2.1. Debes ser mayor de 18 años o contar con el consentimiento de un adulto responsable.
2.2. Los donadores pueden aportar sin registrarse, dejando al menos un dato de contacto válido.
2.3. La información de los emprendedores debe ser precisa y veraz.
2.4. Postular no garantiza aprobación ni financiamiento.
3. Donaciones y Pagos
3.1. Métodos aceptados: Flow.cl (tarjetas, transferencia) y PayPal.
3.2. Las donaciones son definitivas y no reembolsables, salvo cancelación del proyecto por 2112LAB.
3.3. Los fondos se destinan exclusivamente a servicios de marketing y producción digital del proyecto.
4. Proyectos y Emprendedores
4.1. 2112LAB se reserva el derecho de aprobar o rechazar proyectos sin expresión de causa.
4.2. Los emprendedores aprobados deben participar activamente y cumplir los plazos acordados.
4.3. 2112LAB retiene el derecho de mostrar los materiales producidos como parte de su portafolio.
5. Responsabilidad y Privacidad
5.1. 2112LAB no garantiza el éxito comercial de ningún proyecto.
5.2. Los datos personales se usan solo para gestión del programa y no se comparten con terceros comerciales.
5.3. Puedes solicitar eliminar tus datos escribiendo a [email protected].
6. Cambios y Ley Aplicable
6.1. 2112LAB puede modificar estos términos en cualquier momento, con efecto inmediato desde su publicación.
6.2. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Chile.

1.3. Entrepreneur / Applicant: Individual or entity submitting a project to the 2112LAB program.

2. Use of the System
2.1. You must be over 18 or have adult consent.
2.2. Donors may contribute without registering but must leave a valid contact detail.
2.3. Information provided by entrepreneurs must be accurate and truthful.
2.4. Applying does not guarantee approval or funding.
3. Donations and Payments
3.1. Accepted methods: Flow.cl (cards, transfer) and PayPal.
3.2. Donations are final and non-refundable, except if 2112LAB cancels the project.
3.3. Funds are exclusively allocated to marketing and digital production services.
4. Projects and Entrepreneurs
4.1. 2112LAB reserves the right to approve or reject any project without explanation.
4.2. Approved entrepreneurs must participate actively and meet agreed deadlines.
4.3. 2112LAB retains the right to display produced materials as portfolio work.
5. Liability and Privacy
5.1. 2112LAB does not guarantee the commercial success of any funded project.
5.2. Personal data is used solely for program management and not shared with third parties.

6. Changes and Applicable Law
6.1. 2112LAB may modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon publication.

3.2. Les dons sont définitifs et non remboursables, sauf annulation par 2112LAB.
3.3. Les fonds sont exclusivement destinés aux services de marketing et de production numérique.
4. Projets et entrepreneurs
4.1. 2112LAB se réserve le droit d'approuver ou de rejeter tout projet sans motif.
4.2. Les entrepreneurs approuvés s'engagent à participer activement et respecter les délais.
4.3. 2112LAB conserve le droit de présenter les matériaux produits dans son portfolio.
5. Responsabilité et confidentialité
5.1. 2112LAB ne garantit pas le succès commercial d'un projet financé.
5.2. Les données personnelles sont utilisées uniquement pour la gestion du programme.

6. Modifications et loi applicable
